All students that apply to the University of Pittsburgh by the deadline in January that was set by the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid (OAFA) will be considered for the Chancellor's Scholarship competition but only some will be invited to apply for it.

It is important to note that participation in the Chancellor's Scholarship is by invitation only. Those students who are invited to apply will be notified by the Office of Admissions. The letter will include the username and password combination necessary to gain admittance to the secure section of the website.

Please note that only the OAFA Committee of Selection can invite candidates to apply.  We kindly ask that parents, high-schools, or indeed any individual or organization not contact the Honors College to 'suggest candidates' for competition as such requests cannot be acted upon.
